Please remember that the WHSFL is not able to put players looking to play in contact with clubs.
Can all clubs please read the item "CLUB CONTACTS" on the notice board.
MATCH DAY RESULTS.
Can all clubs please remember - results must be phoned through by 3pm on Sunday.
The email address WHSFLRESULTS@ntlworld.com is only for leaving match reports by 5pm on Sunday.
Any results left by email will not be registered and a "no telephone result" will be recorded against your club.
COUNTY CUP MATCH DAY RESULTS.
Can all clubs please remember when you play County Cup games, even if you are the away team you still have to telephone the result in to the WHSFL Results Line, as per league games this has to be done by 3pm.
MATCH DAY POSTPONEMENTS.
Can all clubs also please remember, if your game is called off by the league the results secretary will be informed. But if any game is not played for any other reason(i.e.- non fulfillment by a team) or called off by the referee or for any other reason, the home team is still responsible for ringing in the result as usual. Failure to do so will see the home team being charged with "Failing To Attend To League Business".
To cover yourself from being charged and fined, even if your game is called off by the league, we would advise the home team to ring the results line in the usual way and leave a message stating that your game has been called off and by who.
