The Wharfedale Triangle League can boast some of the best sunday clubs to play in there league most notably Regent Victoria who were without question the best side in the WRCFA in the 80s winning the county cup in 1989 aswell as winning the Triangle lge 8 times.Rawdon then took over the domination of the Premier Division through the late 90s to the present day they have been champions 8 times also winning the WRCFA Sunday Trophy in 2004, in between Rawdon were there arch rivals Park Rangers who recorded back to back titles in 00/01 led by top secretary and now chairman of the league Gerard Kellegher.Beyond the League Clubs play in there respective district cups.In Wharfedale the triangle league has been represented and won in every final since 1994 once again Regent Victoria,Rawdon,Park Rangers were regular winners,in 1996 2nd division Woolpack Wanderers beat premier division Regent Victoria to record the biggest shock in Wharfedale District history. In 07/08 1st division champions FC Clothiers upheld this tradition.In Leeds and Bradford,Thackley Commercial,Commercial FC have been winners and runners up in Bradford. In Leeds, Horsforth Fairweather and Milford have been finalists.AC Victoria have joined the league for 08/09 they arrive from from keighley having been Champions ther and WRCFA winners in 06/07.Crossflatts and Rawdon play in the FA Sunday Cup against the best sides in England
