SPORTS INJURY COURSE

An SYFA approved first aid course has been organised by the league costing £50 per person. Unfortunately, we can only take 15 persons per course but have managed to organise for two courses at present. Many teams are having problems with their SYFA affiliation, due to having no recognised first aider. After confirming your place on a course, the SYFA will accept your membership.
Courses will be held over two days. The course is 12 hours long and will be split into two x 6 hours. The first will be held on Sunday 12th and Sunday 19th August. The 2nd course will be held on Sunday 26th August and Sunday 2nd September.
Places will be filled on a first come first served basis.However if we are oversubscribed and there is more than one coach from the one team, then we may have to restrict that team to one place to allow another club to achieve first aid. All applicants must complete the attached form and return to Derek King, stating preferred date.
You will then receive confirmation of your place. Course fees must be paid on attending the first day of your course.
Cheques made payable to "West of Scotland YFL".
Any person(s) applying and not showing up to complete course will be billed for the cost.
