ALL AGE 2000 TEAMS who are playing “11-a-side matches” MUST HAVE PERMISSION TO PLAY.

ALL games must have an official Permit.

Teams are reminded that they are not covered by insurance if they do not have a permit. No permit = No game.

If playing a team in our League, then the permit is free.

 If playing a team from another League but a Club still within the Ayrshire & SW Region, the fee is £5.

If playing a Club from another Region then you must apply for a permit online at SYFA Registrations and the fee is £10.

IT IS THE HOME TEAMS RESPONSIBILITY TO ORGANISE THE PERMIT

The match referee should receive the permit along with two copies of each team’s teamlines before the match. Referees fee is £18 split between the two teams.

Also a reminder to all teams that your affilation to the SYFA for season 2011/2012 expires on 30^th June. If you have not yet affiliated for 2012/2013 then you cannot play any matches after 30th June as you are not a current member of the SYFA and are not insured
