These MUST be shown to each other with enough time as not to delay Kick Off, If you are the normal delegated person that holds these and not available to attend a game, then these MUST be handed to the next appropriate person to take them. They MUST match the team sheet you have handed to the opposition prior to Kick Off, do not hand over any that are not listed, it is BOTH teams responsibility to ensure that the cards shown match the players listed on the sheet and they are the players on the day! If a teams cards are NOT available at the start of the match the game must NOT procede as per our handbooks rules and you are to telephone Tony Durnford Immediately. The Committee will deal with any decisions about the game afterwards.
