The coaching adult footballer’s course is ideal for:
o Coaches working with adult teams
o Coaches of Youth 11 v 11 teams
o Any coaches who want to develop from a level 1 without the commitment or cost of attending a Level 2
o Adult players
The course includes both theoretical and practical work looking at areas of the game including Ethics, Fitness and Nutrition, Coach and Player Development, Communication, Warm Ups, Cool Downs, Appropriate Coaching Practices, Child Protection, Best Practice and Action Planning.
