MEETINGS
Will be called when they are required in general for Cup draws on Mondays, venue to be decided, commencing at 7.30 pm.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The A.G.M. will be held on last Monday in May or first Monday in June (to be decided by the Management Committee), venue to be decided, commencing at 7.00 pm.
All monies sent to the TREASURER must be cheques or postal orders, made payable to the North East Christian Fellowship League (NECFL). Please do not send cash through the post.
A REMINDER TO ALL CLUBS
After every game is played it is the duty of the Home Club to telephone the League Secretary before 1.30 pm on the afternoon the game was played, or by 9.30 pm in the case of evening games.
MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
The Management Committee of the North East Christian Fellowship League strongly recommend that ALL referees become members of their LOCAL REFEREES ASSOCIATION. This can only lead to betterment of the game in general and can be of mutual benefit to referees, clubs and players alike.
All correspondence must be addressed to the League Secretary, who shall conduct the correspondence of the League. No League correspondence or monies to be sent to the Durham, Northumberland or North Riding F.A.

No-one under the age of 18 years must play in the team with a shirt sponsorship advertising alcohol, cigarettes, a public house or Working Men’s Club.
Teams in the North East Christian Fellowship League should consider NOT TO or be TEMPTED IN using the above items or businesses to sponsor or financially support their club.

The North East Christian Fellowship League advises clubs to respect the Gentlemen’s Agreement with the Durham, Northumberland and North Riding County Football Associations by NOT playing anyone under the age of 16 years if there is football available in the area for that youngster.
Encourage youngsters to complete in Youth Football as youth players, youth players are future senior players.
Don’t kill JUNIOR FOOTBALL!

Cup Final Referees and Assistant Referees shall be allocated during April by the League Secretary. To qualify, a Referee must officiate in at least 7 League or Cup games for this league. The Referee may choose his own Assistant Referees if he wishes and the League Secretary agrees with the choice.
