This is to remind you. ALL results and any fixtures that got cancelled, for whatever reason, MUST be phoned through to the Results Service Mailbox on the day of the match, this can be done at any time, it is open 24 hours. And importantly, phone to the correct number for the appropriate age group, which are.

If the website information is to be correct, it is vital that the correct number is used and that all fixtures have the result phoned through, even if the game got cancelled and for what reason. Remember to speak clearly, giving, name of club, age group, division, date and most importantly the final score. Because Mobile phone networks are not 100% reliable, they break up, a landline phone is recommended for this.
The above is to be treated as a League Policy and therefore, this should be adhered to at all times.
Failure to do so will result in a breach of League Rule 5 (H) and will be dealt with by the League Disciplinary Committee.
