LETTING WITH FULL MANAGEMENT:
1) Inspect and estimate the value of your premises
2) Advertise and market as may be necessary
3) Accompany all applicants to viewings
4) Negotiate the letting terms
5) Draw up and execute the tenancy agreement
6) Take up references on the tenant
7) Arrange for the preparation of an inventory
8) Monthly rental statements
9) Rental payment paid in to your bank account
10) Generally advise the landlord on all aspects of the tenancy
11) Contact the relevant utilities
12) Arrange for gas and electricity certificates
13) Serving of statutory forms for lease renewals or terminations
14) End of tenancy, tenant will be checked out and a schedule of breakages and dilapidations will be compiled
