Coerver Coaching The Worlds No1 Coaching Methods.
Coerver Coaching will be holding a coach education day at Broadwood Stadium on 9th November 2008 10am-1pm Cost £15.
All Coaches will recieve a dvd and 6 week session plans to work with their kids.

ALL OFFICIALS SHOULD BRING THE FOLLOWING:
1. BIRTH CERTIFICATE
2. PASSPORT
3. DRIVING LICENCE
4. NOTE OF NATIONAL INSURANCE NUMBER
5. UTILITY BILL/BANK STATEMENT/OTHER PROOF OF CURRENT ADDRESS (3 MONTHS OLD OR LESS)
6. NOTE OF ANY PREVIOUS DISCLOSURE CERTIFICATE NUMBER
7. IF NO PASSPORT OR NEW STYLE DRIVING LICENCE, THEN SOME FORM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IDENTIFICATION
8. BLACK PEN
9. A NOTE OF YOUR ADDRESS HISTORY FOR THE LAST FIVE YEARS (INCLUDING RESIDENT FROM DATES).
PLEASE NOTE YOU SHOULD BRING ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS. PHOTOCOPIES ARE NOT SUFFICIENT.
You should be aware that if all required documentation is not presented on the evening you will be required to return to a further meeting to allow your form and documents to be checked.
It is important that you and your club officials attend this meeting which should last for approximately one and a half hours.
