LEAGUE CUP FINAL RESULT
Pioneer completed a Cup double in a week with wins against Chalfont Saints last Sunday in the Alan Moore Cup and Belmont Reserves on Thursday night in the League Cup.
The League Cup final was well contested by potentially the winners from both divisions.
A goal just before half time saw Pionner go in at the break with a 1-0 lead. Belmont Reserves drew level shortly after the re start with a penalty scored by long time servant Justin Hutchins.
The game became more open following a goal from a corner scored by Andy Viney for Pioneer who completed the win with a third late in the second half.
