The Annual General Meeting of the Aberdeen and District Juvenile Football Association will be held in the Marriott Hotel Dyce Overton Circle-Dyce Aberdeen, AB21 7AZ on 24th June 2013 at 7.45pm it will be preceded by a short General Meeting at 7.30pm. every team intending taking part next season must be represented by either an official of the team or parent club. an official can represent more than one team provided he is a registered official of the parent club. All affiliation fees and outstanding fines must be paid before the Annual General Meeting otherwise that team's membership will lapse and under the Rules if they finally renew their membership and accepted at a General Meeting they will be classed as a new team and entered into the lowest league. All teams must complete a team information sheet with details of all officials registered with that team. All the 2001 teams should complete anew one of these forms so that it can be determined the exact number of teams competing. A number of clubs operated two teams in the sevens but are only having one team in the 11 -a -sides. Your cooperation and assistance in completing these forms will be greatly appreciated.
