1)
a) Scottish Cup - Referee Fee = £33
This is paid by the home club for Scottish Cup
b) Regional Cup - Referee Fee = £30
This is split 50/50 for Regional Cup ties
2) The CFAL team sheet for season 08/09 has been updated in the League Documents. All teams must use this form, teams can add there badge if they wish. Failure to use this teamline will result in your team being fined.
3) The Regional Cup teamsheet for season 08/09 has also been updated and saved in the League Documents. This teamline must be used for all Regional Cup matches, Please note that the result of the match must be phoned into the Regional Secretary and also the League Match Secretary. Again failure to use this teamline will result in your team being fined by the Regional committee.
4) The CFAL Code of Conduct document has been updated for season 2008/09. Each team must sign and return one of these to the League Secretary no later than 31st August 08.
5) The SYFA Permit Form has been updated and saved. All teams who are participating in a tournament or a friendly involving a club outwith the SYFA must complete this form. This is required to be signed by the League Secretary prior to submitting to the SYFA offices at Hampden.
6) Clubs within the CFAL who are organising friendly matches either pre-season or during the season must obtain a Friendly Match Permit from the League Secretary. This permit is required to ensure that your insurance cover is in place. Each permit costs £2. Please contact the League Secretary and provide the details of the match and the permit will be completed and posted to you.

CFAL would like to announce that a partnership for season 2008/09 and beyond has been put in place with the CSFDA (Central Scotland Football Development Association). This will provide Central Scotland with a platform for youth football from U8's through to U19's.
The CSFDA will manage the non-competitive developmental age groups from U8's to U12's with CFAL managing the competitive age groups from U13's to U19's.

The Objective of the Central Football Association League is to promote the enjoyment of football for children, through the playing of a structured 11 a side game in a safe environment that fosters fair play and participation for all, irrespective of race, colour or religion and shall encourage co-operation, respect for others, loyalty, acceptance of rules and decisions, personal responsibility, self-discipline and the need for teamwork.
This Association endeavours to promote these values and will work closely with other allied professions or agencies that have similar aims. We are a volunteer association composed of Coaches and Referees, who work closely together to provide a safe and fun environment for children to develop in. The CFAL liaise with Falkirk, Stirling and Clackmannan District Councils, The Scottish Youth Football Association, The Scottish Football Association and other interested parties to help us to maintain youth football for all in the Central area.
